Facebook Appoints First Black American Director

The CEO of American Express (AmEx), Kenneth Chenault has been appointed by Facebook as a director on their board, making him the first black American to join the board.

The American computer programmer and internet entrepreneur, Elliot Mark Zuckerberg, expressed that Kenneth Chenault has great expertise in the area of brand building, direct commerce and customer service that can help Facebook boost its services.

He added that Kenneth will be fully joining the board in the first week of February 2018.
