34 Tech Companies Pledge not to Assist Governments in Cyber Attacks

Facebook, Microsoft, HP and other 31 Tech companies, recently signed the Cybersecurity Tech Accord, pledging not to assist government in carrying out cyber-attacks.

The Cybersecurity Tech Accord would ensure the following;

• protection of Tech users accounts from attacks by Government and cyber-criminal enterprises.
• security of Tech companies’ products and services.
• unity among Tech companies especially in the event of data breaches.

Although, Google, Apple and Amazon are not yet signed on the Cybersecurity Tech Accord, the accord is open to them and other new members.
