Google Assistant Enables Two Spoken Languages Interchangeably

Google’s virtual assistant, Google Assistant, a voice-activated assistant,  is updating its feature to include  two languages spoken interchangeably. For users to be able to use this update, they would have to select two of its supported languages. Google Assistant supported languages include English, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Japanese. Google Assistant would respond to whichever language that is heard after the selection.

Google Assistant faces many competition from other voice enabled assistants from Microsoft, Amazon and Apple. In order to remain competitive and the most preferred choice, the global search engine’s voice assistant is partnering with more home device makers as well as increasing its support for many more languages.
