Snap Formalizes Layoff of 120 Engineers

 Snap Inc an American Technology company, has confirmed laying off 120 engineers. The move formalizes Snap Inc’s intentions to downsize.

Jerry Hunter, Snap Inc’s Engineering Chief emphasizes the layoffs are meant to organize and unify Snap Inc’s employees and settle technical debts accrued over the years.

Snap Inc informed investors that it had 3,069 employees as at last year, but would slow down the hiring of new employees in 2018.
