WhatsApp Launches New App for Small Businesses

WhatsApp launched a new app today called “WhatsApp Business” to promote easier communication between customers and small businesses. WhatsApp Business is currently supported only on android devices and available in Indonesia, Italy, Mexico, UK, and the US.

We have gathered that the app will include features like quick messaging tools that provide answers to frequently asked questions, greeting messages, business description or profile tools, and email address tools.

WhatsApp is looking to roll out its new app to other parts of the world in the coming weeks.
